15 days of no updated entries! Guess i've pretty much broken my record for not updating my blog in one of the longest period ever. Geez.

School
It's the end of Week 2 of school. Everything's fine so far... I mean, as in terms of the modules and classmates and work schedules etc etc. Just that projects are settling in one by one.. First there's technopreneurship individual assignment, followed by Supply Chain Mngt and CRM(?). But well, it's like the last semester in TP and i'm gonna get through it! And, time is passing even faster due to the short schooling days. I like!

Family
Have been going through quite a rough patch with my family.. Okay not THAT rough just that there are quite a number of disagreements between me and them. Talked to my mum about it and i told her how i felt what i thought and she told me hers too. I agreed to compromise and from there, I hope things will go well or get better :D

Relationship
Targa has been the sweetest guy ever. For the past one month ++, he has been showering me with so much love care and concern till i sometimes wonder whether is this just a dream. I mean, he's really too good to be true. From accompanying me overnight 'cause i was alone, getting me the stuffs i want, giving me a super sweet surprise on the 1st month (despite the failed plan) to giving up most of the things he used to do before we got together... I'm so grateful in getting to know him, in having a chance to be with him and if i did let go of him in the past, i might just hate myself for doing so. I'm not gonna let such a good guy slip through my fingers.
Dear, you need not say things like you wanna make up for the bad stuffs i've went through before or wanting to be my best boyfriend.. 'cause you already are.

Friends
I'm glad i still have known friends in the same class as me. Despite the past conflicts we used to have, i'm not gonna care so much about it and work hard for this last sem. In a blink of an eye, it's will be 12th February 2010 and that's when we unofficially graduate.
Time passes, damn fast.

8 more days till school reopens :( 2 months of holidays gone just like that.
but well, in the blink on an eye, i'm in my final semester already... like, finally. (HAHA)

Looking back, i can still clearly remember how i used to struggle so badly with school. From quitting school in 2006 and ALMOST giving up school for work in early 2008, i'm just glad i managed to get through all those shit and be where i am now.

And now, what frightens me is the path ahead after graduation. My life has always been planned out since birth till now. Primary to Secondary to Polytechnic. Maybe not only mine but everyone else too.

But whatever it is, nothing's gonna bring me down! :D

this space has been left abandoned for quite awhile..
a series of events one after the other. sometimes i wonder whether can i even catch up.

back from genting 3 days ago. as much as how the temperature was damn cooling over there (range from 12deg to 15deg), it was a total bummer when it rained on the whole of second day causing us to stay indoors.. but still, it was a one hell of an experience going out of country with audrey only. more to come!

so while i was trying hard to fall asleep on the day i was back, i received an sms from audrey around 5am telling me that grandma got admitted to hospital. ambulance was called in. wanted to visit her in the afternoon/evening before heading to work but i myself was feeling so terrible i stayed in bed till 8pm. just like this lifeless soul waiting for the day to come whereby the pain will just fade away. pulled myself out of bed and rushed to work.

chinmeng & i were somehow hesitating over a certain issue for long and decided to get it out of us once and for all. it felt kinda sucky breaking such news to a friend but we thought it was for the best. hung around TM & CS after work while waiting for time to pass. & as usual, i was struggling with my food and poor chinmeng had to take in the leftovers. Executed plan A for jeff and headed back to CS to meet up with cm's friend, Ernst, and queued up for Goodwood Park's mooncakes. Took bus 69 back together and waited for my mum & dad at bedok's bus stop and headed to changi general hospital to visit grandma. She wasn't looking good and had difficulty making out her words. What happened was there was hell lots of phlegm stucked in her throat and her heart, causing her to have breathing difficulites. Mum told me that we hoped it wasn't Pneumonia 'cause once it hits elderly people, it's very dangerous which may even result in death.

Headed back home by 3pm+ and went straight to bed 'cause i was way too tired. I got awoken by incoming sms-es at different time intervals. At a point of time when i was totally awake, i fought with myself to get out of bed but didn't want to. All i kept doing was to force myself back to sleep. I didn't wanna get up. I didn't wanna do anything. The feeling was so terrible. At the end, i decided to head out of house and met up with chinmeng and headed to ECP to meet up with the rest that were there for Adeline's bday bbq. Initial plan was just to meet up with Jeff and stay away from the alcohol there but gave in eventually. Drank a cup of mixed beer + Gin&Tonic and by the time i finished that just one cup, i felt even more terrible. Annie asked what was wrong and i almost broke out into tears. The rest left, leaving me cm & jeff. Chatted for awhile more and headed back. Dropped Jeff @ his place and we headed to Tampines. Breakfast @ 824 and took 69 home.

Reached home and mum told me that they requested Grandma to be transferred to SGH and the doctor there said..... grandma has contracted pneumonia. & mum is sick now as well.

I'm so tired now i don't feel like thinking or worrying about anything. My head is still spinning badly from the alcohol consumption just now. Hope i get a good rest and don't get awaken inbetween, feeling sucky over what happened between us.

it takes me don't know how many hours of work to earn $100 but it took me less than 5hours to spend it all . IF ONLY IT WAS THE OTHER WAY ROUND LOR. fat hope :(

me is went for my very first underarm waxing yesterday at Strip! First leh! When the therapist brought me into the room i was so scared can. The room was so bright with white walls and nothing else except a surgical table (HAHAHAH) and drawer. But it was all over in 5 - 10mins. Chop chop fast fast don't even feel a single thing. (Y)

AND AND i combed 3 Zara shops in town before going back to the 1st one in ION to get the tees that me like many many. Saw a commotion between 2 men and 1 woman outside Wheelock. Like very exciting can! (Think: Love triangle HAHAHA) Got vulgar got pushing got shouting. But audrey don't want accompany me to kpo :(

my head is spinning so badly now it feels like there's an internal disco going on in my mind :(

caught this movie with Targa after work just now.
i was expecting a more interesting storyline but turned out otherwise... movie pace was kinda slow for me AND i nearly fell asleep. but i'm not sure whether was it due to the movie or 'cause i was working since 9am in the morning.

okay so i just got up around 8pm+ awhile ago since getting home from work this morning... looks like im gna be the only one up awake when everyone's asleep :(

well well, back track to yesterday, Audrey & i headed to the Natas fair 2009 @ Singapore Expo to book our Genting trip! It was freakingly crowded and the roads were congested as well. The taxi meter jumped from $5 to $8.80 just by turning into the expo. BUT still, we managed to get a good deal! There was already a promotion going on for 3D2N Genting @ $85 inclusive of accomodation and transport.. but with the Natas fair, it was only $70! What a stealzz :D

headed home to sleep for around 2hrs or so and worked during the night. Amazingly, i managed to stay awake throughout. Went for breakfast with Targa before going home and he headed to work after that.

& it's back to the first sentence on top.

hello hello!

im back from the ohsocold-genting! okay so basically i spent my time there at the casino with my mum. no winnings though ): but well well, it's a good experience though. i saw a totally different sight of genting ever since.

anyway! no updates yesterday 'cause i had to rush to work. and yesss im back to night shift (or as what they call it - graveyard shift). 9pm - 9am. and i predict my bio clock gonna rosak (malay for spoil) again. but one good thing is that jeff kinda spread out the working days so it ain't gonna be that bad!

k so back to genting. i didn't take any pictures there 'cause i don't see anything interesting to take ): EXCEPT for this one peekature!

we got the corner room and it was freakingggg big. i mean, i can even roll around the empty space there! and the bathroom has a bath tub + 2 sinks. i wonder why are there 2 sinks though. and on the right side (which is not shown in the picture) is a cupboard + dressing table.

yupyup so that concludes my genting trip! and thanks to my mum, im itching for more jackpot sessions man!

that was like, the most comforting words i've ever heard since eons ago.

i finally understand the reason behind everything.

not as though as its the first time that this is happening. it's a freaking vicious cycle. we had a serious talk. but didn't touch on that topic. i talked about my fears, my regrets, my past. & it all just came tumbling down. i just feel so much lighter now. im nt gna look back at past mistakes, nor am i gonna grieve over past losses.

the everyday stuffs we used to do may be long gone. but what's left behind are beautiful memories of a good friend. they weren't long, but still worth the remembrance. although it was just a mere 2 weeks, but it has rly been quite a long time since i got this special someone by my side, rain or shine.

afterall, life is all about adapting to the ever changing surroundings.

okayyy, so i was somehow pretty affected by a certain issue that happened earlier on.
till the extent i didn't even wanna go out at all.
but but, i couldn't possibly put my friends efforts down the drain right! ;D

went to meet up with Audrey, Samuel, Jieyin & Vincent @ TM.
they gave me this SUPER BIG Birthday card & both sides of the SUPER BIG envelope wrote "Hi i'm Tracie & it's my 21st birthday today! Wish me!" ohmaiiii.

they brought me to Kim Gary & we had our dinner thr. & they had like, something up their sleeves O: jieyin & audrey supposedly went to the 'toilet' & came back with a birthday cake!! omgggg O:

after dinner, they brought me to Pasir ris park (to kidnap moizz) & waited for junming. and while waiting, they took super unglam pics of me. like, omgggfreaking unglam. 3 cameras trying to catch me at the same time. want to escape also can't escape all 3! S:

junming came, cut the cake & they gave me my presents!
Audrey, Samuel, Grandparents, Aunty & Chris gave me a GOLD FCUK WATCH! omgggg the one that i've been eyeing on since dno when.

The day started off well ;D
Met up with B at bedok inter this morning and he acc-ed me to Holland Village as i had to let Paul sign my group's appraisal forms. B went snapping around HV while i met Paul. After we were done, took a bus back to bedok & he went home while i headed to school to submit my SIP Report as well as the SIP logbook O:

Apparently, Paul haven't fill up the other half of the appraisal form.. so it's like, we have to go back and see him next week... again S:

And there's like, 4 upcoming presentations in the next 2 weeks! DDDD:

o well. gonna meet jieyin & the rest later @ 630pm. idk what are they up to 'cause no one's telling me anything! & worse, i don't even know who will be going @___@

Happy-o-me was sooo excited yesterday 'cause i was going to the oh-so-raved newly opened shopping mall ION. I even planned to flood my camera with pics or till the batt went flat BUT i forgot to bring my camera along!! i only remembered it when i was at the MRT station :( :( what a bummer.

Overall, ION's the one place i will/must/have to visit whenever i'm along Orchard Road. it's like Paragon meets Cineleisure meets Plaza Sing. SOOO 3-in-1 right! just like those 3-in-1 instant coffee. hehehehehe. But it was kinda weird that the mall was somehow divided into half.. Level 1 - 4 belonged to the higher end botique shops like LV, Cartier, Prada etc etc.. whereas B1 - B4 were more for the frequent shoppers. No wonder EDMW mentioned that L1 - L4 are for elites and B1 - B4 are for peasants. hahah! okay no offence here :(

yknow, i really wanna continue on with this entry but seeing this whole freaking great wall of text, the blogger spirit disappeared :( :(

Met joey for lunch before heading to school together. While walking around the oh so boring Bedok Central, he popped the question "so where are you going next Friday?" It took me quite a while to answer him 'cause seriously speaking, all that came to my mind was my project stuffs and meetings. I told him "Nowhere." He doubted me & I was like, what's the big deal about it? And that was when he reminded me "Next Friday 31st July leh. Serious anot go nowhere??!"
(Obviously he will remember 31st July being my birthday 'cause his birthday happens to be on the same date as me!)

It's only like 8 more days to my 21st but I don't seem to feel any excitement or whatsoever. It just feels different from the past year birthdays that I had. Maybe this is one of the 'im-starting-to-grow-old' symptoms :(

& it suddenly occurred to me that i don't have much time left for my MP/SIP stuffs. Presentation to the company management & supervisors are like in 3 weeks time but we are still left hanging.

i hate this :(

Anyway, life has been filled with super fun activities for the past 3 days.
On Monday, went prawning with Jieyin, her bf & her another 2 friends.
2 cars in total.. Decided to call Wilson along and drove over to Tampines to pick him up first before heading to Pasir Ris Farmway 3. Since i don't know the way, i just followed behind Marcus's car.
Halfway while prawning, Joshua called and came down to find us with his xiao luo li ~
Left with Joshua & Wilson around 2am+ and passed the car to Jieyin.

On Tuesday, we had our focus group interview thingy. Jieyin Junming & i waited for Vincent to tap out @ 5.30pm and headed to IKEA for meatballs! Went to fetch Joy at pasir ris first. Dropped them off at Century Square and the 3 of us headed to Yishun to fetch Audrey home.
We forgot to exit CTE from PIE and landed at Jurong East. HAHA.
After picking her up, we headed to Changi Village to pick up Jieyin's boyfriend, dropped Vincent off @ Simei and then to Tampines and back to Bedok.
& i swearrrrrr Audrey was freaking noisy in the car!

As for yesterday,
Audrey & i went to town! Watched The Haunting in Connecticut. 40% of the movie was us covering our ears and eyes. HAHA. Cathay's carpark wasn't that bad. Taka carpark was a nightmare. It was a freaking S-Course with slopes going up or down, either way.
Dropped Audrey off @ Bedok and went to Bugis to wait for Jieyin to finish work.
Dropped me off @ Bedok and she drove home ~

okay so before watching transformers on tuesday, jieyin junming & me went to take a look at the new Orchard Central shopping mall (opp. Centrepoint)
it's friggin 12 storeys high man! however, the mall is still quite vacant.. we only went up to level 5 'cause level 6 onwards seems to be filled with construction workers... (but ben & jerry's at level 8!)
oh oh! & there's gelare too. tuesday 50% waffles!

the space area is so big you can even roll around the mall. HAHA.

there were ALOT of participants for the W10km category. ALOT.
the feel at the starting line, waiting for flag off, was.... okay indescribable.
you have to be there to FEEEL it!
& the people cheering for you once you reach the finishing line..
wow mannnnn!

but the aftermath,
blisters at my sole, bruised toe nail and jelly legs.
think i need a new pair of running shoe :(

aiming for the 21km in the Standard Chartered Marathon at the end of the year! :D

my very first marathon!

the whole map shown is only applicable to 42km & 84km runners.
for the 10km me, it's just the white outlined route at the right of the map.. the one that has a u-turn.
yup!

& im still contemplating whether i should wear the adidas jersey tmrw.

okay okay so today was our last day with Sheradine.
As in, it's her last day.. not ours. but how i wished it was ours.
O WELL! just 13 more weeks to go :)

anyway, we headed to SUTL House today & spent the whole day chopping vouchers.
terrible. it was suuuuper tiring okay! although only our hands were at work. BUT STILL.

oh oh! the 4 of us (jieyin agnes junming & me) decided to have our lunch at the ulu canteen 1 level above our office. it's a canteen with just tables & chairs. no stalls no nothing so that explains the ulu-ness. there were ping pong tables & mahjong tables!

junming got curious & went to explore the mahjong table AND AND AND (may sound suaku) but i was damn fascinated with it pls!

& after "throwing" in the tiles into that hole there,
the mechanics inside the table re-arranges the tiles for you!
like transformers right!

hahahahhahaha.

okay so my 2-day work shift at the Asiasoft GameFest '09 is over.
& im seriously omfg tired.
here ache there ache everywhere ache.
old alr old alr. tsktsk.

performance was great.
the crowd was terrible.. you can't even walk at a normal pace.
whole place was damn noisy due to the bargains (in conjunction with the electronics fair) & yada yada yada.

on friday after work, i headed home straight & fell asleep till the next sat morning!
& after work just now, i left the place with chinmeng (poor guy has been waiting since dunno wad time) & headed to bedok.
chitty chatty at my house void deck & his friend jiekun came over to supposedly fetch him back..
however we continue chitty chatty-ing till 3am.

& NOW IM HOME AND I WANT TO SLEEP!!!!!!!!!!

omg i think today was one of the luckiest day in my whole god damn life!
here goes why :

mum celine & i went to TM in the evening & cabbed home around 9pm.
i was pretty pissed on the cab 'cause the driver went the wrong way. & why he went the wrong way was because he kept talking non stop! he didn't even listen to us telling him where to turn. & what's worse? he was going on & on saying that when he goes the wrong way, he will give "discount" to the passenger. when we reached bedok & alighted at blk 122, the fare was $8 and he charged $8 as well. so whatever, i quickly got down the cab, utterly pissed.

came home, threw my stuffs on the bed, buff my videos and went to the living room to watch tv.
& just 5 mins ago, a malay uncle came knocking at my door.

Uncle: Hello, is Jessica Goh here?
Me & My father: ????
Me : Uncle, i think you came to the wrong house.. here no jessica..
Uncle: But the card says this address..
(And then, the uncle took out an IC)
Me: OMG THAT ONE MY IC. (recognised from the stupid looking photo -.-)

i walked over to the door and took a closer look.
it IS my IC!!

Me: Uncle, how did you get my IC?!
Uncle: Oh. I found your wallet along the road at blk 122 there. Then i cannot find any contact number but got IC so i came over to return you.. I just finish work from airport then took cab home.

OMG you guys have no idea how shocked was i! all i remembered was while on the cab, i placed my wallet on my lap. and i didnt even realise that my wallet isn't with me anymore 'cause i was complaining on & on & on about the damn taxi driver.

My IC, my credit & debit cards, my ez link card, my photos, my cash WERE ALL IN PLACE!

my parents wanted to give him $10 kopi money but he refused.

okay i swear im never putting my wallet or whatsoever on my lap ever again!
im freaking lucky that my wallet was found by a kind hearted uncle instead of those that will just take ur money and throw ur wallet away.

okay so i was deciding between an iPod nano 4G RED or an iTouch.

and out of 10 people that i asked, all 10 chose the latter. & seriously speaking? that didn't help a single bit in making my decision :(

reasons why i want the iPod nano is because :
- it's RED in colour, ffs
- it's super slim.
- it's cheaper by $140 as compared to iTouch
- more convenient for me when im running at the same time...

reasons why i want the iPod Touch is because :
- alot of applications
- i like the wide screen
- love at first sight (HAHA)

but ya! i still can't decide on which i want :(
nvm i still have around weeks to think!

oh & yknow what, the next day after i was thinking of getting a nano or touch,

me.

okay not totally.
let's just say im deaf on one side when im listening to my mp3.
