woke up @ 9am, drank 2 glasses of water & headed out for my morning run.

according to MapMyRun.com , i only did 4.82km just now.. i initially planned on taking the 6.80km route which i mapped out yesterday night but decided to U-turn back at the cross junction of Tampines Ave 1 & Tampines Ave 4 because the pain was unbearable.

but hey, it makes me a happier person! :)

'KING OF POP DIES'

Michael Jackson, the sensationally gifted child star who rose to become the “King of Pop” and the biggest celebrity in the world only to fall from his throne in a freakish series of scandals, died Thursday. He was 50.

Jackson died at UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles. Ed Winter, the assistant chief coroner for Los Angeles County, confirmed his office had been notified of the death and would handle the investigation.

The circumstances of Jackson’s death were not immediately clear. Jackson was not breathing when Los Angeles Fire Department paramedics responded to a call at his Los Angeles home about 12:30 p.m., Capt. Steve Ruda told the Los Angeles Times. The paramedics performed CPR and took him to the hospital, Ruda told the newspaper.

Jackson had been due to start a series of comeback concerts in London on July 13 running until March 2010. The singer, whose hits included “Thriller” and “Billie Jean,” had been rehearsing in the Los Angeles area for the past two months.

The shows for the 50 London concerts sold out within minutes of going on sale in March.

His lifetime record sales tally is believed to be around 750 million, which, added to the 13 Grammy Awards he received, makes him one of the most successful entertainers of all time.

okay so before watching transformers on tuesday, jieyin junming & me went to take a look at the new Orchard Central shopping mall (opp. Centrepoint)
it's friggin 12 storeys high man! however, the mall is still quite vacant.. we only went up to level 5 'cause level 6 onwards seems to be filled with construction workers... (but ben & jerry's at level 8!)
oh oh! & there's gelare too. tuesday 50% waffles!

the space area is so big you can even roll around the mall. HAHA.

this lift, travels super fast please. we were waiting for the lift at level 5 to go down to B1. the moment we stepped out of the lift, the 3 of us were like, giddy.

the 2 years wait was totally worth it.
no disappointment at all.
EVERYONE GO WATCH PLEASE.
screwwww those who actually said this was a bad movie & only gave a 4/10 rating.
they must have stayed awake the whole night before and fell asleep in the cinema! >:(

& im going transformers-crazy once more.

now, give me one good reason why i shouldn't watch it.. again.

apparently it was a good choice in booking the tickets in advance.
or else i doubt there will be any transformers for me to watch tonight :(
&& all other cathay cinemas are either gonna fill up soon or sold out already.

went to watch Drag Me To Hell earlier @ The Cathay with cousins, mum & aunt.
hahaha supposedly horror flick but there were some.. funny parts in it.
i mean some parts were totally unrealistic.
but shocking scenes > laughing scenes.
you have no idea how many times i got shocked in the damn cinema.
